Time to get back into books? In need of some reading inspiration? Come and meet your match at Wareham Library’s World Book Night 2024.

At Wareham Library we firmly believe there’s a book out there for everyone. So, to celebrate World Book Night we want to help you find true love between the pages!

For one night only, Library staff will become matchmakers, as they try to pair participants up with their perfect book match, speed-dating style! Whether you’re a regular library user or have never set foot in the building, why not come along and let us introduce you to your new favourite book.
We’ll have books for every kind of reader (and wannabe reader) – the committed classics-lovers, the adventurous spirits, the factually curious and the time-poor.

You’ll also be treated to flash fiction readings from the amazing Wareham Writing Slam authors, along with a complimentary drink from our pop-up bar.
